The International Collegiate Engineering Mechanics Competition was jointly initiated by multiple universities in the Russian Federation in 2005 and has successfully held 18 editions to date. Since 2018, the International Competition Organizing Committee has authorized Hohai University to host the Asian Division of the International Collegiate Engineering Mechanics Competition.

The Department of Engineering Mechanics at the School of Engineering Construction actively engages in and deepens its involvement in academic competitions, educating and guiding students to grow and excel through these challenges. The achievements in this competition epitomize the outcomes of our university's student development initiatives and the reform of fundamental mechanics courses. The exchanges and learning opportunities during the event will further enhance the teaching standards of basic mechanics courses at our institution.
